Initial Consult
Prior to committing to any work, PJL Consulting requires a (free) consult to discuss individual needs and expectations. The consult also helps ensure that PJL is in a position to deliver, and that we'll be a good fit. If you'd like to set one up, contact us.
Hourly
For hourly engagements, our rate is $200 per hour — billed in 30 minute increments rounding down.
Fixed-Fee
PJL offers fixed-fee pricing on a project-by-project basis that is formalized after the initial consult.
Equity-Based
In certain situations, PJL will accept equity in lieu of cash payment. Such situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are formalized after the initial consult.
Commission-Based
For certain projects, PJL will work on a solely commission-based payment structure. The commission is a percentage of realized cost savings over a given period. Such situations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are formalized after the initial consult.
